OUTFIT | Flared Pants & Crop Top

What happens when you match two of 2017’s most fashionable must-have items together? In my case, you get the perfect indian summer/late garden party look. For this ensemble I chose to wear my beloved Bobo Tremelo heels (I’m quite sure you saw them passing by already haha) instead of casual sneakers to style my outfit the chique way. With flared pants I really love to wear flats (like I did here) but once in a while dressing up does so much good for my mood. I think all women can agree that treating yourself to some extra glam is an easy way to de-stress or to give yourself more courage when having a difficult day.

This floral top is currently one of my favourites. Not only am I truly obsessed with long flared sleeves; I find its color also so beautiful. The light blueish nuance perfectly matches my eye color, and since my eyes are my biggest asset I make them pop out as much as possible! The only less agreeable thing about this top is that it fits a bit too tight and that it creeps up all the time at the shoulders. What a pity for such a pretty wardrobe piece, because if it weren’t for the bad fit I’d litterally wear it all the time, and with everything! The best is to get it one size above your own, I’m sure that will make it much more pleasant to wear! Despite this little inconvenience, I still love how it’s both neutral and not so basic.

A rather short blogpost tonight due to lack of inspiration. I’ve been running around a lot lately for my moving in in Leuven, plus I’ve just finished a three day internship at the dermatologist. Not at all were my hours excessively hard or long, but I guess I lost the feeling with making efforts for school/internships/anything that involves my future professional life. I was completely off duty actually, during 3 months of doing absolutely nothing (but traveling). Next Tuesday however, my vacation will be over and therefore I’ll be rolling into 4th year of med school already. Time flies, it’s crazy! And -in all honesty- I’ve got difficulties with believing that I came ‘this far‘ yet. Sometimes I wish that I could just slow down time, to make my student life even more worthwhile than it already is. Anyway, I’m ready for another crazy year full of learning, having fun, and of course blogging. I will start making new videos too by the way, stay tuned!

I was wearing: ROMWE crop top ❤ Zara flared pants ❤ River Island bolero (old co) ❤ Bobo Tremelo heels ❤ Island Girl Miami clutch
