Hello girls! Today I’m happy to share a special look with you that I had the honour to compose in collaboration with Decadence de Luxe, a concept store in the heart of Sint-Truiden. I had heard multiple times about the shop before and since my friend Julie shoots for them regularly, we decided to pay the team a visit on our yearly shooting date.

I can say that it took me quite some time to decide what to wear for this photo series. In the end my eye fell on this one of a kind leather dress from label Rinascimento, that fits tightly but comfortably anyway. I kind of like the feeling of being ‘captured’ in my clothes, without them being uneasy to wear! I wanted something ‘honourable’-appearing for underneath the dress, since that one gives me a quite naughty look already haha. Julie advised me to go for a bowtie polkadot blouse from Miss Miss. Something I’d never go for in the first place, all the more was I suprised of this combination looking actually great! For the bag, I went for a neutral color and some patches to brighten it all up (once again). Too bad that the shop’s location is so far away from my hometown, otherwise I’d probably spend lots of spare time there. I’m a real sucker for Italian fashion and DDL happens to have it all. One glance and a slight touch to feel the fabrics: it’s all I needed to define whether the quality was it or shit. Trust me when I say that with these garments you’ll get through many seasons unscathed.

My own personal verdict: while these pics certainly aren’t my best (I mean I’ve been looking better but shht, that day had been a long shooting day already haha!) I still wanted to share ’em with you because the outfit totally makes up for that. Good days or bad days, I guess it must be really hard to look awful wearing this #spicy dot look in the middle of this Indian Summer we’re going through…

Actually, looking at these photographs makes me want to go grab a coffee and get into the city for some shopping immediately. Unfortunately I’ve got an English test tonight to study for, therefore my brilliant plan will have to be postponed… You know what? Maybe I’ll go for just one drink. Because don’t you agree that nothing beats the taste of pumpkin spiced latte in October?
